Project Manager-Gen AI

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Manage end-to-end project execution to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as software engineering, data science, analytics, and design to integrate AI and ML capabilities
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to translate business needs into actionable project deliverables
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational goals and strategic objectives
• Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within project teams
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, agile methodologies, and project governance standards
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
