T2M Resourcing are recruiting a Project Manager for a growing engineering business that specialises in pump systems and products. As Project Manager, this role will manager multiple concurrent projects across product development, production, and product installation/integration.

Working with a multidiscipline team, this role requires a confident starter-finisher able to grasp the commercial need for speed to market. While it is not a requirement to be an engineer or from a technical background, the key is to have a strong evidence base of engineering projects.

Duties of a Project Manager:

• Plan and deliver multiple projects across product development, R&D, and manufacturing.
• Identify project risks and commercial opportunities.
