Job Summary

• Group Resilience is responsible for driving and delivering the bank’s resilience capabilities spanning operational resilience, operational continuity in resolution, technology resilience, business continuity management and crisis management across the bank.
• The role holder will support not only Group Resilience but will more broadly engage and collaborate with key stakeholders across other divisions in the bank.
• The work not only ensures compliance to all resilience regulatory requirements but also supports the bank in delivering resilient services to our customers.
