Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with approved timelines and budgets Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure smooth execution Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status reports to management Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and organizational policies Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding project milestones and challenges Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned Requirements Strong project planning, organizational, and time management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science. Prior experience working on enterprise or product-based solutions.
