Job Title – Project Manager
Reporting to – Vice President (Engineering & Development)
Branch – Gurugram
Job Summary/About the Role
As a Project Manager at Prudent, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key technology and business projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive clarity and accountability across teams.
We’re looking for someone with mid-senior level experience in project management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required Experience and Skills
- 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in technology-driven organizations
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Adept at decision-making under pressure and balancing competing priorities
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Experience in Insure Tech, Fintech, or other regulated industries
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, time lines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Drive post-project reviews to capture learnings and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Support change management initiatives, including training, rollout planning, and feedback collection.
