Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with approved timelines and budgets

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies

  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure smooth execution

  • Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues

  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status reports to management

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and organizational policies

  • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals

  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding project milestones and challenges

  • Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned



Requirements

  • Strong project planning, organizational, and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
