- Google Apps Deployment with Change Management: -Technical support for Google Apps Cloud services. Google Apps Migration from IMAP(Cloud to cloud migration), Hosted Exchange, other email (Gmail, Rediff mail, yahoo and etc.).Google Apps Migration from Microsoft Exchange through client and server side tools. Google Apps to Google Apps Migration. Cloud to cloud migration.
- Managing user licenses and renewals and customer contracts.
- Worked on Google apps mail analytics, reporting’s and auditing using auditing application.
- Managing service desk support and helpdesk support.
- Deployment of Google apps.
- Managing matrix Google apps domain working as google apps admin and support on google cloud services. Managing issues reported related to google cloud application.
- Management of Postini cloud Services and email delivery, spam management.
- Managing and troubleshooting on Windows Based Servers. (L1 level). Tech Support on in-house applications of company. Worked on Active Directory, creating users, implementing group policies.
- Worked on Mobile device management applications (MDM).
- Adaptable to working under stringent deadlines.
