Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong preference for Salesforce expertise to lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management

• Plan, execute, and manage Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage project risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations

2. Technical Oversight

• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and administrators
• Review and approve solution designs, technical specifications, and system architecture
• Ensure best practices and scalable Salesforce solutions

3. Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a single point of contact between business and technical teams
• Conduct project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentations
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

4. Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve project goals

5. Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Ensure thorough testing and adherence to functional requirements
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management processes
• Maintain complete project documentation such as technical documents, change logs, and user manuals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce or technical project delivery
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager or leadership role
