As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving success in our renewable energy projects. This role demands a strategic thinker and proactive leader who can manage end-to-end project execution, ensure compliance with global industry standards, and foster robust client relationships. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, maintaining seamless coordination among teams, identifying opportunities for operational improvement, and ensuring timely delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
• Maintain robust project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports, to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, leveraging advanced project management methodologies.

Project Quality

• Oversee inspections, testing, audits, and advisory services for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and implement quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards across all projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design strategies for mitigating risks and resolving quality-related issues efficiently.

Client Management

• Build, maintain, and enhance strong client relationships by understanding their unique needs and providing customized solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
• Deliver regular progress updates, detailed reports, and actionable recommendations to clients.
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless project experience and fostering long-term partnerships.

Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals.
• Coordinate with internal departments, manufacturers, vendors, and external resources to ensure project requirements are met.

Risk Management and Compliance

• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to company policies, safety regulations &standards.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and maintain the integrity of project outcomes.

Reporting and Performance Tracking

• Create and maintain comprehensive project reports, including milestones, budgets, and quality assessments, for senior management review.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement process optimizations across the project portfolio.

Other Responsibilities:

Health and Safety

Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace

Identify and report potential risks to both supervisor/manager and health and safety officer.

Additional Information:

Experience in the renewable energy industry and handling commercial roles is preferred.

Customer-centric mindset with exceptional relationship management skills.

Expertise in CRM platforms and micromanagement techniques to maintain high-quality standards.

A commitment to fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Travel Requirement < 20%

Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, environmental sciences, or a closely related field is required, or master’s degree is a plus.

Diplomas and Certificates

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is required.
• Certification in renewable energy (e.g., REA) is a plus.

Professional Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a strong preference for experience in the renewable energy sector.
• Extensive knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry standards, and inspection/auditing methodologies.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.

Language

• Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
