About Company-Our client is a growing EPC/EPCM organization with experience in delivering complex and large-scale industrial projects, with specialization in Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, Sulphuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, NPK, and advanced technologies.

Role Overview

This role involves leading large EPC packages, ensuring alignment of engineering, procurement, and construction activities with project goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead planning, monitoring, and control of assigned EPC packages.

• Manage schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation.

• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, and clients.

• Conduct project reviews, progress meetings, and contractual discussions.

• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality, and safety standards.

• Provide leadership to junior PM team members.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E./B.Tech. (any discipline).

• 8–15 years of project management experience in EPC/EPCM.

• Strong understanding of project controls and contracts.
