Responsibilities

• Provide overall construction management from pre-construction through to project completion, including design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, in close partnership with the Superintendent.
• Manage multiple small projects ranging from $50K–$200K, and larger projects in the $2M–$5M range.
• Prepare tender packages and trade subcontracts.
• Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
