The Company The building contractor takes of projects of varied nature, Healthcare, education, local authority, commercial, and Government Buildings. The building contractor has always been known to have an excellent reputation, focusing on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £2m - £8m, including refurbishment and new build.
The Candidate The Candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Project Manager across varied sectors, ideally within Healthcare on projects of up 10m value. The candidate would have ultimate responsibility for Project Delivery covering Design, Operations & Commercial.
