Project Manager – Healthcare / Medicaid

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale healthcare procurement and implementation initiatives. The role involves managing project activities related to Care Management Organization (CMO) procurement, Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modernization, and multi-stakeholder coordination. The Project Manager will support a Senior Project Manager and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Support Senior Project Manager with assigned project tasks Manage day-to-day project activities and deliverables Develop project plans, schedules, and status reports Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams Support vendor selection and proposal evaluation Manage scope changes and quality assurance Prepare project documentation and stakeholder communications Requirements 3 years of experience managing complex projects Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) PMP certification required Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with MS Office 365 and project management tools Ability to work onsite as required Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
