Job Description
Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our clients team in industrial, infrastructure and data center projects in Helsinki.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for project cost, schedule and budget management
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
Lead client meetings and other required project coordination meetings
Monitor and report on factors affecting construction costs and prepare data-driven analyses and recommendations
Review and audit cost estimates prepared by subcontractors and other project parties
Review and approve invoices, payment applications and retention payments
Manage the project handover process to the client, including final documentation, warranties and final deliveries
