Project Manager – Healthcare PFI Contract (Hereford)

Insight Executive Group is pleased to partner with a leading global FM service provider to recruit a Project Manager to support their PFI contract in the healthcare sector in Hereford. This is a full‑time permanent role with a starting salary of up to £50k.

Our client is seeking a strong Project Management professional with a PFI and/or healthcare background.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all asset‑related activities in line with the PFI expiry timeline and contractual obligations.
  • Leading comprehensive asset surveys, condition assessments, and validation of asset registers against contractual requirements and lifecycle records.
  • Collaborating with the NHS Trust, PFI Management Company, and FM teams to align asset management outputs.
  • Ensuring asset data integrity, accuracy and alignment with the NHS Premises Assurance Model (PAM) and other regulatory frameworks....
