**What You'll Be Doing**
**Job Scope:** Generally responsible for performing all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering project assignments ensuring total delivery of the services on time, within performance budget and quality expectations. This work will be performed under minimal supervision.
**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**
+ Develop and maintain an FEL-3 execution plan
+ Lead development of the FEL-3 bid package(s), including:
+ Contractor scopes of work
+ Bid instructions and schedules
+ Commercial and administrative requirements
+ Coordinate inputs from engineering, operations, maintenance, EHS, quality, and procurement
+ Facilitate bidder communications, including site visits and Q&A
+ Coordinate bid evaluations and comparisons
+ Prepare bid evaluation summaries and award recommendations for EPM approval
+ Develop and maintain:
+ 10% cost estimate suitable for AR ...
