Project Manager Opportunity

Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager on this exciting PROJECT. Excellent working conditions and salary package. Minimum of 5 years project management experience in the subsidised to middle-income housing market.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Facilitation of the statutory housing development planning process and approvals.
2. Management of various contractors and sub-consultants.
3. Good knowledge of the housing code, DOHS subsidy project application process, NHBRC requirements, PDA process and GCC, NEC and JBCC forms of contract would be advantageous.
4. Quality assurance and management of subsidized top structure construction.
