Reporting to the Director, Strategy Enablement , the Project Manager, HR Initiatives will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a variety of complex projects with cross-functional operational impacts. The Project Manager will be a hands‑on leader, responsible for leading the full project lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will bring strong project management, critical thinking, attention to details, and a desire to “dig in” to learn the business while being mindful of the strong culture and commitment of the Company to provide care and services to our residents and support our team members across Canada as we “help people live better”.
