Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – HRMS Implementations to lead end-to-end delivery of Human Resource Management System (HRMS/HCM) projects. The role will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful deployment of HR technology solutions aligned with business and HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Ensure adherence to project governance, PMO standards, and implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for HR, IT, business leaders, vendors, and implementation partners
