Role: Project Manager

Experience: Senior-level PM with strong client-facing exposure
Key Expectations:
Strong ownership and end-to-end control of engagements
Ability to drive execution through clear plans, action trackers, and regular updates
Experience in ITSM engagements
Motivational leadership style; not a micromanagement-driven approach
Comfortable working closely with global stakeholders
Capable of stepping into an ongoing engagement and stabilizing delivery
