Experience: Senior-level PM with strong client-facing exposure

  • Strong ownership and end-to-end control of engagements
  • Ability to drive execution through clear plans, action trackers, and regular updates
  • Experience in ITSM engagements
  • Motivational leadership style; not a micromanagement-driven approach
  • Comfortable working closely with global stakeholders
  • Capable of stepping into an ongoing engagement and stabilizing delivery
