PROJECT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION (TORONTO)

Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost controls, and risk management

Manage and mentor Project Coordinators, and site teams

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Review contracts, scopes of work, change orders, and procurement strategies

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally at all times

Workclosely with estimating and preconstruction teams during pursuit and planning stages

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures

Requirements

8+ years of experience managing commercial ground up construction projects.

Strong background with General Contractors is required

Proven experience managing projects over $60M in value.
