ROLE:Project Manager ICS
LOCATION: Munich, Germany

The ICS Project Manager leads project team to develop and release mixed-signal products within time, budget, and datasheet compliance to deliver an important contribution to the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
•Planning and coordination of projects from definition to transfer to production
•Manage cross-functional project teams
•Inspiring, encouraging and driving the team members and ensuring a high level of motivation and commitment
•Project tracking regarding time, datasheet compliance, cost, and resources
•Regular reporting project status and gate passing to the management
•Stakeholder management
•Budget management
•Risk management
•Support the continuous improvement of the ICS development process
Requirements:
•University degree in electrical engineering or physics with focus on microelectronics
•Several years’ experience in project management in the context of mixed-signal ICs, preferably for the automotive industry
•Thorough knowledge of project management methods, risk management, project planning
•Team player and motivator, organizational talent
•Pro-active efficient communication style and prompt escalation of problems
•Excellent analytical skills
•Knowledge in the fields of ISO / VDA 6.3 / ISO are advantageous
•Fluent in English language
