Main function : The Funding & Proposal Officer (Pre-Award) will be responsible for the identification, analysis, preparation, coordination, and submission of funding proposals, mainly public (national, European, and international – including U.S. programs), and selectively private. The role focuses on the full pre-award lifecycle, from opportunity scouting to final submission, ensuring eligibility, compliance, coordination, and high-quality non-technical content.
