- Lead complete project execution from finishing to handover, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and timeline commitments.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and progress dashboards.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, interior, façade, and landscape teams to drive aligned execution.
- Manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
