Job Description



Theoris Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Project Manager to support multiple clients and multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, prior consulting experience, and a strong customer-focus. The Solutions team believes in a flexible, nimble, and agile approach to completing projects. This role will manage an average of 5–8 concurrent projects, driving execution, communication, and delivery across stakeholders and teams.

 

Responsibilities

• Drive projects to hit key milestones and goals


• Manage project planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and evaluation


• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources


• Manage deliverables and team member expectations


• Communicate project status to all stakeholders and present recommendations to project sponsors


• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for issues, concerns, or questions


• Assist in the preparation, execution, and administration of client contracts and purchase orders


• Provide regular and ongoing client updates at established intervals

 

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience


• Experience managing 5+ projects concurrently


• Experience successfully leading application development projects


• Ability to provide project management within Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies


• Experience with project tracking / management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)


• Strong communication skills (oral, interpersonal, listening)


• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to manage cross-functional teams


• Ability to prepare professional correspondence
