Purpose of the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and driving execution of cross‑functional initiatives across Loch’s operational streams. The role ensures timelines, dependencies and deliverables are tracked, risks are managed, and communication across teams and stakeholders remains structured and timely.
Responsibilities and Duties
Project Planning and Tracking
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines and dependencies
• Maintain project plans, trackers and dashboards
• Monitor progress and proactively flag risks and delays
Cross‑functional Coordination
• Coordinate delivery across Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Operations teams
• Assign ownership, track actions and ensure closure of tasks
• Facilitate project reviews and status meetings
Stakeholder Communication
• Provide regular status updates to the India Director and functional heads
• Prepare decision logs, action registers and escalation notes
• Ensure alignment between Indian delivery teams and Australian stakeholders where applicable
Process and Governance
• Establish and maintain project documentation standards and SOPs
• Implement and manage project management tools and workflows
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards and internal controls
Operational Support
• Support implementation of new systems, processes and organisational initiatives
• Assist with onboarding and ramp‑up of teams for project‑critical workstreams
• Track capacity, dependencies and resource constraints
Key Deliverables
• Approved project plans and timelines
• Accurate and current status reports and dashboards
• Risks, issues and dependencies tracked with mitigation actions
• Cross‑functional deliverables completed on schedule
• Documented decisions, actions and handovers
Compliance and Confidentiality
• All project information must be maintained on approved systems
• Internal plans, timelines and reports must be treated as confidential
• No external communication without authorisation

• HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and IT teams
Essential Skills and Experience
• Minimum five years’ experience in project or operations management
• Strong planning, tracking and reporting capability
• Experience working in professional services or multi‑stakeholder environments
• Proficiency with project management tools and structured documentation
• Clear communication and escalation discipline
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations or a related field
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage
