In a nutshell


As a Project Manager (PM) you estimate, plan, and execute our international cross-disciplinary implementation projects for rolling out new clients/change requests as well as assist the project delivery office on various critical internal projects.

You will be responsible for client satisfaction, deliverables, timelines, and project’s financial success. You will lead all aspects and phases of software development life cycle with active international client interaction and manage multiple stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Create detailed project plan, manage, and control the project as per the plan. 

  • Manage multiple projects and adhere to agreed timelines. 

  • Assist and guide BAs in requirement analysis. 

  • Resource estimation and management. 

  • Risk management. 

  • Manage internal Loylogic project team and manage the delivery. 

  • Define, plan, and procure work packages from Loylogic’s subcontractors. 

  • Manage project through all its phases and disciplines. 

  • Timely project reporting to relevant stakeholders internal as well as external. 

  • Handover of project to Program consultants & support

  • Handling of Program level issues/ operational tasks 

  • Contribute to Loylogic’s project methodology and timely delivery. 

  • Play the SPOC role towards clients during the implementation of the project. 
  • What you will need

  • 5-6 years of project management / project lead experience with atleast 1+ yrs of prior experience in development or testing.

  • Experience in client interaction with a focus on client satisfaction. 

  • Experience working in distributed delivery with a knack of problem solving attitude. 

  • Experience with end-to-end API implementation lifecycles, including requirement gathering, development coordination, testing, deployment, and post-release support. 

  • Demonstrated ability to handle work independently, taking full ownership of project delivery while working with cross functional teams

  • Experience in analyzing business processes and drafting requirements. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written. 

  • Experience with international clients in the airline, travel, loyalty, retail, or banking sectors is a plus. 

  • Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 is a plus.
