NextMatch AI (www.nextmatch.ai) is disrupting the global recruitment industry. We are looking for a high-velocity Senior Project Lead based in India to act as our technical and operational anchor for the EMEA and North American markets.

This is not an 'offshore support' role. You will be an integral part of our global leadership pipeline, managing critical AI rollouts and API integrations for Fortune 500 clients. You will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, making real-time decisions that impact our global trajectory.
