Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale Salesforce programs end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have a strong Salesforce development background, proven experience managing large cross-functional teams (20+ members), and excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive delivery excellence, ensure solution quality, manage risks, and align Salesforce implementations with business objectives in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of experience in Salesforce with a strong foundation in hands-on development.
• Proven experience managing large technical teams (20+ members) in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development and customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Marketing Cloud is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data model, and deployment strategies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
