🧠Role Summary
We are hiring a Project Manager / Delivery Owner who takes complete ownership of project execution, client confidence, and delivery outcomes .
This role is not about coordination only — it is about accountability .
You will be responsible for on-time delivery, milestone execution, communication clarity, quality control, and client trust , without escalating daily issues to founders.

🎯 Core Responsibilities
1. Delivery Ownership & Milestone Control
- Own end-to-end project delivery with clear ETA commitment .
- Ensure all milestones are delivered on time and as planned .
- Prevent last-minute chaos through proactive planning and execution.
- Track progress daily and take corrective action early.
- Maintain complete project documentation from:
- Project kickoff
- Ongoing delivery
- Change Requests (CR)
2. Client Communication & Trust Building
- Act as the single point of ownership for client communication.
- Lead all client calls with preparation, clarity, and confidence.
- Ensure no communication gaps and no surprises for the client.
- If a team member fails to respond, you must reply immediately on behalf of the company.
- Communicate risks, delays, or changes early and transparently .
- Never mislead — honesty and clarity are mandatory.
3. Execution Discipline & Team Coordination
- Identify risks, delays, and dependencies before they become problems .
- Escalate issues early with proposed solutions.
- Remove blockers actively to keep delivery on track.
- Run structured daily stand-ups and internal check-ins.
- Share daily internal status updates with management.
- Work closely with Team Leads to:
- Understand resource availability
- Plan workload efficiently
- Ensure no developer is sitting idle
- Zero tolerance for procrastination — if it can be done today, it must be done today.
4. Quality & Release Management
- Ensure no untested or unstable builds are shared with clients.
- Deliver only stable, tested, and approved versions .
- Enforce quality standards across development and QA.
- Balance speed with quality — no compromises .
- Client satisfaction and delivery quality are your responsibility .
5. Leadership & Accountability
- Handle complete client onboarding and offboarding .
- Take responsibility for outcomes — never blame developers or QA .
- Own daily delivery challenges independently.
- Ensure founders are not involved in day-to-day project issues .
- Build discipline, accountability, and calm execution within the team.
6. Business Growth & CR Ownership
- Identify and propose Change Request (CR) opportunities proactively.
- Target minimum 30% CR value per project.
- Ensure CR scope, impact, documentation, and approvals are handled properly.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

- Blaming team members instead of managing delivery.
- Sending buggy or untested builds to clients.

- Allowing milestones to slip without action or communication.

- Availability for urgent client discussions, including after hours or weekends when required.
- Milestone releases must strictly match the committed ETA.
