The Opportunity

An established industrial roofing and cladding contractor is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver complex industrial roofing and cladding packages nationwide.

The Role

  • Full project lifecycle management of roofing & cladding packages
  • Programme, cost, and subcontractor management
  • Client and main contractor liaison
  • H&S, quality, and programme responsibility
  • Procurement of roofing and cladding systems

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates without proven industrial roofing & cladding delivery experience will not be considered

You must have managed projects incorporating:

  • CA systems
  • Euroclad
  • Kingspan
  • EuroBond
  • Trimo

Requirements

  • Demonstrable industrial roofing & cladding PM experience
  • Strong commercial and programming skills
  • SMSTS preferred
