About the Role

Following recent and ongoing successes, we’re excited to invite applications for Project Manager roles within our Northern Territory Infrastructure team, based in Darwin. You’ll support and lead the delivery of infrastructure‑led projects, with a particular focus on electrical and services‑intensive assets, including energy, utilities, transport, aviation, ports, water infrastructure and complex civil works.

At TSA Riley, our focus is on transforming projects and adding real value for our clients. As a Project Manager, you will contribute across end‑to‑end project delivery, supporting planning, design coordination, procurement and construction activities. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, electrical consultants, authorities and internal teams to manage scope, program, risk and interfaces—particularly where electrical systems, power, communications and control systems are critical to project success.

You’ll play an important role in driving project outcomes, supporting technical and commercial decision‑making, and building strong, trusted client relationships across the Northern Territory.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, including electrical trade or design backgrounds.
  • 4‑8 years’ experience delivering infrastructure or services‑heavy projects, ideally across sectors such as energy, transport, aviation, ports, water, utilities or civil infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated exposure to electrical systems, such as power supply and distribution, communications, controls, substations or renewables, within broader project delivery environments. Experience with High Voltage distribution systems is an advantage.
  • Experience working client‑side in a consultancy environment or delivering projects on behalf of asset owners.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative team player who takes initiative and can operate effectively in complex, technically driven project environments.
