Project Manager, Integrated Care

OVERVIEW

The Project Manager, Integrated Care is to lead project team(s) in both the execution and adoption of strategic initiatives and quality improvement initiatives within the Integrated Care (IC) portfolio. Championing a co-design approach, the role ensuresthe voices of clients, families, frontline staff, and partners drive projects from conception to completion to ensure that patient care services are delivered with the highest level of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Project Manager will leverage their expertise to implement new projects at MGH and within East Toronto to support ongoing improvements and operational efficiency, focusing on patient-centered care, timely interventions, and effective resource utilization.
