Job Description

DP World is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Business Integration Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of integration initiatives across the full project lifecycle. In this role, you will manage migrations across business processes, applications, data, and change management, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and budget. 

The ideal candidate has experience in business integration, ideally within logistics or supply chain, and can manage complex initiatives across multiple disciplines while demonstrating strong governance and execution skills to deliver predictable, sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end integration across processes, systems, data, and teams throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Develop and manage integrated delivery plans, balancing scope, resources, dependencies, and vendor activities
  • Oversee delivery partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, quality, and timely execution
  • Provide strategic oversight of testing, migration, cutover, and business readiness activities to ensure seamless transition
  • Monitor and report on integration progress, risks, and impacts, providing senior leadership with actionable insights

    • Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline; formal Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent) desirable
  • 10+ years’ experience delivering business or technology change in enterprise environments, including end-to-end delivery of enterprise platform initiatives (ERP, HRIS, Payroll, T&A, WMS, TMS)
  • Proven experience in business integrations, multi-partner delivery, and coordinating vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in integrated delivery planning, governance, milestone management, risk/issue/dependency management, testing, migration, and cutover
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills in complex environments
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or ports environments highly desirable
  • A structured, outcomes-focused approach with high drive, accountability, and professionalism
