Project Manager

<p>A growing organisation in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major, multi-year finance transformation programme. This role will suit someone who has managed complex change across finance functions and is confident working with senior stakeholders in a regulated environment.</p> <p><b>Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end delivery of a multi-workstream finance transformation initiative</li> <li>Develop project plans, RAID logs and progress reports for senior leadership</li> <li>Work with SMEs to design new finance processes and support automation opportunities</li> <li>Support system integration activity, data migration and testing plans</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, ensure cross-functional alignment, and manage stakeholder expectations</li> <li>Oversee budgets, resources and programme timelines</li> <li>Support change management activities including training and communication</li> </ul> <p><b>Requirements</b></p> <ul> <li>5+ years' experience managing large finance or enterprise transformation projects</li> <li>Strong understanding of finance processes within a regulated or corporate environment</li> <li>Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders</li> <li>Project management certification</li> <li>Experience with finance systems or reporting platforms desirable but not essential</li> </ul>
