Job Title: Project Manager – IT - Compliance

Location: Spain, MX, Latam - EST working hours (Remote)

Duration: Entire 2026

Project Manager – IT – Compliance.

Capable of managing Information Technology projects from initiation to closure. Accountable for project accomplishments along with a project sponsor. With capacity to interact with the Compliance area including Compliance senior management to intake requirements and manage delivery expectations. Capable of working with all IT areas and external IT providers for project execution: scoping, goal and deliveries setting, planning, sourcing, development and implementation following the different phases of application delivery process while aligned to Client's US project standards. Can generate project required documentation and periodic executive project status reports. Can communicate projects status to higher management.

Role requirements:

•At least 5 years of working Project Management experience.

•Good conceptual knowledge of financial / banking services, especially Capital Markets, Money Markets, Derivatives, FX

•Prior experience with applications servicing the compliance area particularly Client Onboarding, Sanctions Screening and Client monitoring.

•Capable of interacting with Compliance personnel at different levels.

•Technical background. Can comprehend technical concepts regarding applications used by the Compliance department, their architectural implementation, and their integrations.

•Possesses the necessary communication and organization skills for this type of role.

•Can adapt easily to the policies and procedures of the organization.

•English and Spanish fully fluent.
