Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to define project scope and deliverables.
Track project progress using JIRA , maintaining accurate timelines, task allocations, and updates.
Use Confluence for documentation, meeting notes, and knowledge sharing.
Interface with ServiceNow for incident tracking, change requests, and service management support will be added advantage
Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and manage project-related issues to resolution.
Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Promote best practices in project management methodologies and tools.
Maintain awareness of security concepts , ensuring that project deliverables align with organizational security standards and compliance requirements.
