Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the outsourced implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across enterprise functions within the water utility domain. This role requires strong project governance skills, proven experience managing external vendors, and the ability to drive execution through structured PM methodologies.

The Project Manager will be based in Johor and must communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Melayu , engaging daily with business users, senior leadership teams, and CXO stakeholders. Experience with regulatory requirements, utility-sector processes, and large-scale transformation programs is an added advantage.
