Job Description Manage K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Coordinate with school districts, architects, engineers, and inspectors Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change orders Ensure compliance with local codes, school district standards, and safety requirements Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to ownership Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
