Must have 8+ years of experience in managing and delivering projects
Expert knowledge in Agile Process – Scrum , Lean , Kanban & SAFe
Preferred To Have Banking Domain
Experienced in establishing right process for the team to deliver fast
Preferred to have software development background prior to scrum master role
Responsible for understanding requirements , breaking down to smaller milestones , execute and deliver working software to clients
Responsible for estimations and cost management in a fixed bid project
