Project Planning & Execution<br />

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically capable Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and<br />
delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and<br />
stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.<br />

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.<br />
<br />
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.<br />
<br />
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.<br />
<br />
Team Coordination & Leadership<br />
<br />
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and<br />
DevOps engineers.<br />
<br />
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for agile projects.<br />
<br />
Ensure clear communication and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br />
<br />
Client & Stakeholder Management<br />
<br />
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and addressing<br />
concerns proactively.<br />
<br />
Gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into actionable tasks.<br />
<br />
Quality & Delivery Assurance<br />
<br />
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.<br />
<br />
Ensure deliverables meet defined quality and performance standards.<br />
<br />
Oversee UAT and production rollouts to ensure smooth deployment.<br />
<br />
Reporting & Documentation<br />
<br />
Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews.<br />
<br />
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics.<br />
<br />
Required Skills & Qualifications<br />
<br />
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br />
<br />
Experience: 4+ years in project management within a software development or IT environment.<br />
<br />
Strong technical understanding of web and mobile application development, APIs, databases,<br />
and cloud environments.<br />
<br />
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.<br />
<br />
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.<br />
<br />
Ability to analyze technical requirements and coordinate with development teams effectively.<br />
<br />
PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.<br />
<br />
Preferred Skills<br />
<br />
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, or automated testing frameworks.<br />
<br />
Knowledge of modern technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, AWS, or Azure.<br />
