Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end IT projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum) Monitor and report project status to management and stakeholders Ensure compliance with company processes, security, and quality standards Manage change requests and communicate impact on scope, cost, and timeline Mentor team members and promote best project management practices Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Proven experience managing software development and IT projects Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Zoho Projects, MS Project, etc.) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong documentation and reporting skills Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS products Exposure to compliance, security, and regulatory requirements Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams Experience with dot net development.
