This role will require expertise in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in both construction and property development, along with strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across multiple phases of development.
