Job Description

Plan and coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams to ensure project feasibility and cash flow management.

Obtain necessary approvals and oversee submissions to authorities.

Manage contractor selection, payments, and project budgets.

Monitor site progress, technical issues, workmanship quality, and timely completion.

Ensure CCC approvals, defect rectifications, and infrastructure handovers.

Oversee property management setup before JMB formation.

Provide regular project updates and reports.
