Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing construction projects from inception to commissioning. This role requires an experienced leader capable of supervising multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, liaising with consultants and authorities, and ensuring full compliance with contractual, budgetary, safety, and quality standards.

Candidates MUST have hands‑on Data Center (DC) project experience, with strong familiarity in mission‑critical systems and MEP‑intensive environments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Identify technical requirements, special methods, and alternative procedures for each project; develop and manage full project schedules, milestones, and execution plans; oversee project delivery from conceptual phase through construction and commissioning.
