Project Manager

Role Summary

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a major data center development. The role will oversee the project from civil works and piling through to final commissioning, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives are met.

Prior data center project experience is highly preferred — candidates who have managed or been involved in DC projects from piling to commissioning are ideal.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Project Oversight

• Lead the project lifecycle including planning, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor the project schedule, ensuring timely execution of milestones.
• Track and report progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
