Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong project leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the Insurance domain, specifically in New Business (NB) and Underwriting (UW) processes. The role requires a hands-on PM who is articulate, organized, and able to manage end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute projects across the full project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk/issue logs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication, expectation setting, and alignment across teams and senior stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, RAID tracking, and milestone management.
