PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple specialist water works projects (CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ONLY) – Reservoirs, tanks, pumphouses, and water reticulation.
• Ensure daily progress reports and % updates online.
• Ensure subcons, labour and material sufficiency with a 10‑day look‑ahead.
• Ensure daily site management of consumables & materials such as diesel, timbers, rebars, concrete, pipes, fittings, sand and crusher for pipeworks.
• Prepare MR (material requisitions) 10 days ahead.
• Liaise with project consultant/client representatives for work coordination and execution; prepare weekly/fortnightly progress meetings, reports, site diary and site reports.
• Write letters and correspondence to client where necessary.
• Coordinate and manage supervisors / assistants to prepare and submit daily RFI & pipe logs to COW & contracts for verification.
