The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires limited travel, visiting job sites 1-2 times a month for 1-2 days each time. The Project Manager will communicate with customers, track jobs and manpower, order materials, and manage project financials.

+ Lead full lifecycle project management from preconstruction to closeout.
+ Ensure accountability for safety, scheduling, execution quality, and financial performance.
+ Manage profit/loss, cost forecasting, and budget adherence.
+ Write subcontractor scopes and manage vendor relationships.
+ Oversee procurement activities and conduct QA/QC on engineering drawings and field installations.
